The University of Georgia Terry College of Business will launch a new student-managed real estate investment fund in fall 2026, offering undergraduate students in the nation’s No. 2 publicly ranked Real Estate Program an opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing real capital.

Building Georgia’s Workforce by Investing in Foster Youth
Each year, hundreds of young people age out of Georgia’s foster care system with no safety net and no one to call when challenges arise. However, many of them are finding their path forward inside Georgia’s technical colleges, enrolling in programs in healthcare, welding, logistics, cybersecurity, and other high-demand fields.
